Doctors, authors, influencers, family, and friends are all people we tend to trust more with how they structure their food choices or eating habits and we end up taking it on as our truth when in reality it might not be helpful for OUR body.
Sometimes what you might be craving is organization and in the past that may have looked like dieting. That’s why diet hopping and weight cycling is so prevalent, because what we’re actually searching for is structure or support. But you can have both order and food freedom.
